“Thatcher”

Thatcher is a genuine one owner, 1994 NAS Defender 90. It is not every day that you find any one owner 30 year old vehicle, never mind a NAS Defender.  Most have had 7 or 8 owners by now. So here is your chance to be the second owner of this iconic vehicle.

1994 was the  first year of the NAS Defender 90 and it was a huge hit. It was “Four Wheelers:” Magazine’s Four Wheeler of the Year. The first time I saw one, it was love at first sight. It ignited my passion for Defenders and my Land Rover Career. They have become super collectible and a solid investment. He’s so cool that he has his own shirt!

We are just finishing up a sympathetic  refurbishment and Thatcher sure looks amazing. We decided to leave him in his original, minimalist style. Half cage, bimini top, no windows, no rear seat,  for pure open air motoring adventure. We at Surfside 4×4 believe this is the best way to enjoy a NAS Defender. Without any amenities, without BLING.  Just your basic, no frills, utility vehicle the way Land Rover intended.
